Estimates & Quotes

Estimates are provided based on the information you share and a site visit where applicable. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may adjust if project scope, materials, or site conditions change after the initial estimate.

Services & Workmanship

• We perform hardscape installation — including pavers, travertine, sealing, retaining walls, patios, driveways, walkways, pool decks, exterior renovation, and custom pergolas — with professional care and clean execution.
• Our work is backed by a 3-year workmanship warranty with customer follow-up after completion, as stated in our business intake.
• We are licensed and insured, with liability coverage up to $2 million.

Warranty

The 3-year warranty covers workmanship defects in installation performed by North Lion Pavers. It does not cover damage caused by settling, drainage issues outside our scope, ground movement, improper maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by others after completion.

Payment & Scheduling

Project deposits, payment schedules, and timelines are outlined in your signed agreement. Scheduling is subject to weather and material availability. We communicate proactively if timelines shift.

Limitation of Liability

North Lion Pavers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim.

Service Area

We serve Jacksonville, Fernandina Beach, St. Augustine, and South Georgia. Service availability for specific properties is confirmed during the estimate process.
